Financial Model & Sustainability Plan for the NPO Monde des Humains

A logical follow-up to the strategic plan, this project involved translating operational objectives into a robust 3-year financial model. We developed revenue forecasts (grants, donations, revenue-generating activities), detailed program budgeting, and a break-even analysis. This model now serves as a management tool for the Executive Director and a compelling presentation document for funders.
