Strategic Plan for the Haut-Nkam Foundation of Montreal

Structuring of the first formal strategic planning for this diaspora foundation. We facilitated alignment among board members on a shared vision for community development in Cameroon. The plan establishes philanthropic investment priorities, a strengthened governance framework, and a system for monitoring funded projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.
